Returns
We understand that refund policies vary depending on the type of event and the Organizer. Global Gala's refund policy is simple: If the event is cancelled or you are denied entry for any reason, we will refund the amount you paid for your tickets (minus any processing or service fees) using the same payment method used for purchase.
It's essential to stay updated with any changes in the event details. We will contact you with the new date and time if your event is postponed. So that you know, event details such as Venue and Times are subject to change without notice and are not grounds for a refund. E-tickets can be reprinted anytime by accessing the confirmation page in your email or logging into your account if you are a registered member. Global Gala does not guarantee anything promised by the event organiser that is unfulfilled and is not grounds for a refund. E-tickets cannot be exchanged.
If you believe that the event organizer has failed to honour a refund that you are entitled to under the applicable refund policy and/or the minimum requirements set forth above, you have the right to request a refund from Global Gala Ltd. Simply contact us and provide the necessary details. Our team will then review the facts and circumstances and determine whether or not a refund is due in accordance with the applicable refund policy and the minimum requirements set forth above.

Global Gala Ltd. will review the facts and circumstances and determine whether or not a refund is due in accordance with the applicable refund policy and the minimum requirements set forth above.
Cookies
We'll send your ticket confirmation immediately after you have ordered, or when we receive the website notification. Your tickets will be available to pick up at the box office once you received an order confirmation from our website. If your ticket is not ready once you arrive with proof of purchase we will print the ticket as you wait.
We'll keep our website homepage updated for all the big events happening across the UK over the next few months, so be sure to check back there for general information. If you were unable to confirm a ticket don't worry, you can always visit the box office directly in case seating becomes available.
To check if your order's on its way out yet, just log into the Global Gala or Six Stars website and go to your order history – the Order Status in your account will state to show the information about your ticket, and the latest you should receive them is around 24 before the event.
